No. Tithing is separate and foundational, our first fruits to God. The Kingdom Offering is above and beyond the tithe, a faith-filled expression of generosity and vision.

Possibly. The more we raise upfront, the less debt we need. If needed, we’re committed to wise, sustainable borrowing, only when:

• It doesn’t put undue pressure on the church,
• It can be repaid within 7–10 years,
• We can make full payments from the start.

We currently have the capacity to manage a loan of up to $5 million.

We will only consider loans based on having 30-50% of the cash up front for the total project.

Absolutely. While we give collectively, each campus’s progress will be tracked and celebrated. Ownership builds maturity and momentum.

We’re believing for 10% growth in generosity each year, something we’ve seen consistently in our tithes. Generosity is like a muscle: we grow as we exercise it. Step by step, year by year.

Not exactly. Some may feel led to give more annually. Others might give spontaneously, based on God’s prompting and personal circumstances. God stirs hearts differently, at different times.

We’ll keep trusting God. If the full amount isn’t raised immediately, we’ll move forward as funds allow. We’ll still make a powerful impact through missional projects right away.

During our last building initiative, right in the Global Financial Crisis, God moved powerfully through people’s faith. We believe He’ll do it again, even in challenging times.
