Encompass Care Vic is looking for a passionate, people-focused Community Café Lead to oversee and grow our Community Café at Encompass Church Bundoora. This is an opportunity to lead a vibrant community program where people experiencing hardship, loneliness and disadvantage can find connection, belonging, practical support and genuine care. You'll lead and encourage a team of volunteers, coordinate weekly café activities, build meaningful community partnerships and help create a safe, welcoming and inclusive environment where everyone is valued. We're looking for someone with a heart for people, a passion for community and a gift for bringing others together. You'll need strong leadership, communication and organisational skills, along with experience working with volunteers or community programs. We are looking for an experienced Finance Assistant to join our Business Team, responsible for accounts payable, accounts receivable and compliance. We are looking for someone with at least 2 years' experience, Xero or similar software experience, and strong attention to detail who can manage multiple priorities. We are looking for an experienced Group Accountant to join our Business Team, responsible for financial reporting, HR, payroll, compliance and governance across the organisation. We are looking for someone with a CA, CPA or equivalent qualification, at least 5 years' relevant experience, and the ability to manage confidential matters with sound judgement and independence.
