Encompass Care Vic Inc. is looking for a passionate, community minded and people oriented individual to manage our Community Café at Encompass Church located in Bundoora on a part time basis. The ideal candidate will have experience in running community based programs or similar and with a strong desire to serve people. As the cafe lead, you will work with and lead a team of volunteers to drive the mission and objectives of the Encompass Care. You will have a heart for people with the motivation to deliver a community program that attends to the needs of its members. Working with people experiencing hardship, loneliness and disadvantage you help foster an environment where people can find connection, belonging, practical support and genuine care. If you're someone who leads with compassion, integrity, initiative and humility with a desire use your skills to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others, we would like to hear from you.

An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Finance Assistant to join our Business Team. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years experience working in a bookkeeping, entry level accounting or similar role. As part of the role, you will be involved in the day to day data processing including accounts payable, accounts receivable and compliance. Proven experience using Xero will be highly regarded. You will have strong attention to detail together with strong time management skills.

An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Group Accountant to join the Business Team. As qualified or near qualified CA or CPA, you will be responsible for the financial reporting across all entities together with payroll, governance and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years working experience with a proven track record and sound character. The ability to work both independently and also with a team is paramount and experience in the NFP sector will be highly regarded although not essential.
